An order request, then confirmation
Choose a product, enter the recipient name and message, check the preview and submit your delivery details. Submission saves an order request and displays its reference. It does not automatically charge you or send an email. We contact you to check availability, print details, delivery and payment arrangements. A contract is formed only when we expressly accept your order and confirm the agreed total and fulfilment details. If we cannot accept a request we will tell you rather than substitute another item without consent.
Personalisation instructions
Names are limited to 24 characters and messages to 48. Use ordinary letters, numbers and the supported simple punctuation; markup and unsafe characters are rejected. Both fields are required. Check spelling, capitalisation and punctuation before submitting. Different names create separate basket lines even for the same product. The browser preview illustrates text placement; screen lighting and rendering can differ from a physical print. We will not change the wording silently. Contact us immediately using the reference if you spot an error; changes depend on whether production has begun.
Prices, products and delivery
All prices are in pounds sterling. The displayed total includes any applicable tax; no additional tax is added at checkout. UK delivery is £4.95 below £60 merchandise value and free at £60 or more. Made-to-order preparation normally takes 3–5 working days, followed by 2–4 working days in transit. We confirm any variation before acceptance. Mug capacities are approximate; posters are A3 and unframed. Product images are our AI-created catalogue illustrations; specifications and the confirmed customisation define the requested item.
Consumer rights and complaints
Personalised goods made to your specification are normally exempt from the change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not remove rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not supplied as agreed. See Returns for the separate remedies and timeframes. We remain responsible for goods until delivered to you or a nominated recipient, not merely handed to a carrier. Contact us with your reference and a description of a problem. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. UK consumers retain applicable mandatory protections and access to the courts available to them.
