Payment policy
Currency and the displayed price
All products and totals use GBP, shown with the £ symbol. The catalogue price is the price per personalised item, including its required name and message. Quantities multiply that trusted catalogue price; customer-entered values cannot set prices. Any applicable tax is included in the displayed price and no separate tax is added at checkout. There are no claimed discount prices, subscriptions or club membership fees.
Delivery and total calculation
Delivery to the United Kingdom is £4.95 when the merchandise subtotal is below £60, and £0 when that subtotal is £60 or more. The basket and checkout show merchandise, delivery and total separately. Removing or changing the quantity of a line may change the delivery charge. Two different names on the same mug are separately identified items but count towards the same delivery threshold. Check the final summary before submitting.
What submitting does
The checkout saves a request; it does not process a card, connect to a payment provider or guarantee an automated email. A successful submission displays a reference and the actual saved personalised lines. Our team will contact you to confirm the details, availability, delivery expectations and payment arrangements before accepting the order. Do not assume that money has been taken merely because you see a thank-you page. Do not send card numbers or security codes in personalisation, checkout notes or ordinary email.
Confirmation and changes
Any payment instructions will be supplied during confirmation. Check that correspondence identifies MOOMOODA LTD and matches your reference and agreed total. If an unexpected change to price, quantity, print instructions or delivery is proposed, we will ask for agreement before proceeding. We will not replace a design or charge for an extra service without consent. If the request cannot be accepted there is no obligation to proceed. Contact us immediately if you suspect an unauthorised instruction or duplicate payment.
Refunds and payment queries
Where a refund is due, we normally use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. The Returns page explains the applicable statutory timing and the distinction between personalised change-of-mind requests and faulty goods. Keep payment evidence and your order reference until the transaction is resolved.
